ONE: Know and Live the WAY of POSTURE and MOVEMENT

We sit during most of the day, and we lie down all night. The way we sit and rest can bring harmony and relaxation to our body, despite the daily workload. We are stressed because we sit any way we want and we lie down any way we want.

TWO: Know and Live the WAY of QUIET TIME!

Stop. Sit down. Relax. It is all right to do nothing. It is not a sin. We are stressed because we keep on running around and not finishing much anyway. Paradox: when we do less, we actually do more.

THREE: Know and Live the WAY of MINDFULNESS!

Be present to the present; be aware of every moment. We must learn to just BE. We are stressed because we are either in the past or in the future. We are not in the present, so the body and the mind get confused, thus the stress. We are stressed because we DO and DO, we forget to BE.

FOUR: Know and Live the WAY of HIGHER CHOICE!

Each day, we have many chances to do what is right and light, what is better and higher, but what have been our choices? We always have a choice, and we have that power to choose what is best. We are stressed because we react and react to almost everything and everyone, leaving little room for choice. Or we make choices that bring us lower, and therefore, heavier.

FIVE: Know and Live the WAY of CHANGE!
What happens outside us is but a mirror of what is inside us. We attract everything. We reflect everything. Through the power of MANDALA writing, we can slowly begin to change from WITHIN, thus slowly changing what is outside us too. We are stressed because we want many people to change and many things to change, but without changing ourselves first.

SIX: Know and Live the WAY of UNIVERSAL ORDER and DETACHMENT!
Everything happens according to universal order. If it is meant to be, it shall be so. If it is not yet meant to be, then it shall be at the best time, in universal order. We do our best, then we just let things be. We give our all, then we assume a detached attitude to our wants. We are stressed because we want things our way, at our pace, at our manner, disregarding universal order. We are stressed because we are attached to things, people, position, results.

SEVEN: Know and Live the WAY of SELF-EXPRESSION!
We are the most unique individual in the whole universe. NO ONE is quite like us, whether before our time, at this present time, or for all time. We have singular gifts, each of us, and when we express it fully, we become who we truly are, we touch the world with our art and heart, we reach a finer state of being. We are stressed because we are preoccupied with many things such as work, home, school, church, community -- thus, giving no time to our most important task of co-creating the world through our talents.
