I have been happy to deal with New Zealand customers lately. They don't use profanity nor curse you when their Broadband Connection is down. They are free spirited and calm as their oceans. Maybe that's why New Zealand bands have endured the music scene with their harmony and lyrics.
So,here's to more discoveries about Chris Knox' Not Given Lightly. It's my favorite "hold music" when I transfer calls to our second level technical support based in NZ
