Piling Obrang Vidyo or P.O.V. is an inter-school short video festival that is supported by different participating schools as well as film practitioners in both the academe and in the industry. Having first started in the year 2004 with a minimal audience and only a handful of entries, P.O.V. has now become a much awaited event by a slew of ever-particpating schools including New Era University, Miriam College, and the Ateneo. Each year, the event gathers an estimated 600 people to its theater, the Cine Adarna, to view the best-of-the- best short films of colleges from around the Philippines.
P.O.V. 5 will be held from February 18-20, at Mag:Net Katipunan, from 1:00 to
5:00 in the afternoon. The complete schedule is as follows:
